Overcoming and Becoming: The Art of Managing Change

This is our new book which covers much of the content and much more.

In this transformative work, I delve into the intricate dance of navigating life’s twists and turns—those moments when we face adversity, grapple with challenges, and strive to emerge stronger than before. Whether you’re a seasoned leader, a curious soul, or someone seeking inspiration, this book is for you.

The book contains chapters from senior leaders, senior academics and professionals from different sectors and industries.

Key Themes:

  1. Resilience and Adaptability: Discover practical strategies to overcome obstacles and adapt to change gracefully.

  2. Leadership Development: Uncover insights on personal growth, self-awareness, and effective leadership.

  3. Empathy and Compassion: Explore how understanding our own struggles can empower us to connect with others.

Special Offer: For a limited time, the "e-Book" version of “Overcoming and Becoming” is available at £2.49 for students and colleagues!

Making a Difference: The proceeds from every book sale will be donated to the Is Mise Cara Brain Disease Foundation in loving memory of my daughter, Cara. Together, we can contribute to research, awareness, and support for those affected by brain diseases.

Cara died of a brainstem tumour 4 years ago in Leeds.

The e-book is currently discounted in order to generate a batch of authentic reviews. So if you like the book and wish to leave an honest review, it would be greatly appreciated. We are aiming for at least 50 authentic reviews before launching an ad and marketing campaign. We have 8 reviews so far so your support would be greatly appreciated.

 How to Get Your Copy:

Let’s embark on this transformative journey together. Thank you for your support, and may “Overcoming and Becoming” inspire you to embrace change, grow, and lead with compassion

Warm regards,

Kieran
